Drive-Ins In Song

This is a list of songs that mention drive-in theatres
Do you know one? Post it to be added.
Links go YouTube video if available.

I'll start with this classic gem
 Drive-In Show - 1957 - Eddie Cochran
"Come on, baby, to a drive-in show
I know just the very place to go
I'll be over, pick you up at 8
This will be our very first date

When we're parkin' in the drive-in show
We'll be sittin' in the moonlight row
I'll bet my peanuts to a candy bar
You'll be cuter than a movie star"
The link goes to YouTube where you can listen to the song.
It had and still does have some controversy surrounding it. Listen to the song and see if you can guess what the controversy is all about.

Old Days - 1975 - Chicago
"Drive-in movies, comic books and blue jeans"

Night Moves - 1976 - Bob Seger
"Out past the cornfields where the woods got heavy
Out in the back seat of my '60 Chevy
Workin' on mysteries without any clues
Workin' on our night moves
Tryin' to make some front page drive-in news
Workin' on our night moves
In the summertime
In the sweet summertime"

Wake Up Little Susie - 1957 - The Everly Brothers
 "We've both been sound asleep
Wake up little Susie and weep
The movie's over, it's four o'clock
And we're in trouble deep"
The words "drive-in" are never mentioned, but given the time the song was made and the scenario, it seems most likely the case. The city of Boston banned the song from being played on the air when first released because they thought some of the lyrics were to controversial at the time.

Moonlight Drive-In - 1993 - Turner Nichols

 Summer of 69 - 1984 - Bryan Adams
"Ain't no use in complainin'
When you've got a job to do
Spent my evening's down at the drive-in
And that's when I met you, yeah"

Drive-In - 1975 - The Beach Boys
"Every time I have a date there's only one place to go
That's to the drive in
It's such a groovy place to talk and maybe watch a show
Down at the drive in"

Drive-In Movies - 2014 - Ray LaMontagne
"I miss those Drive-in Movies
I spent all my childhood years, wishin' that I looked like a Movie-Star"
